Grinding
Effegomma grinds all the rubber wheels of our own production and offers a finished, complete and functional product.
We also offer the opportunity to shape the wheels to facilitate the sliding of cylindrical rods, ropes and circular section guides.
Inserts and coating
Wheels mainly consist of a rubber-coated aluminum hub chosen by the customer or suggested by our staff according to the required specifications.
A bearing is crimped or blocked by Seeger.

EPDM drive wheels have a very high resistance to heat, weathering and ozone.
Wheels for paper handling
Wheels for ATM, parking meter and paper handling:
they are very small to fit even the smallest machine and rods, we can supply them on bearings or on any other metal core and they are made of a compound resistant to ageing due to sun rays, water, ozone, chlorine. fully functional and long lasting!
Pure natural rubber wheels
Best compromise between durability and grip, great resistance against cuts.
These wheels allow the user to work faster and safer with any machine using the standard natural rubber wheel, because of their chemical pureness... after all this is the same material used for airplane tires!
Shaped Drive Wheels
These wheels were born because many customer’s needs to move goods on a railway.
They can be shaped as a pulley with the same section of the railway where they run on, to always ensure the maximum contact between each other. They can be also shaped with a rubber diameter bigger than the core (opposite of a pulley) and run inside the railways. In some special case, where higher rigidity is requested we also manufacture a metal core with the same outline of the coated wheel.
